Storm, wind, and flood damage restoration

Insurance-claim repairs, water and mold damage, and Restore Louisiana rebuilds. We document it, scope it, and put the house back together.

After the storm, one contractor for the whole repair

Storm damage rarely stays in one trade. A wind claim turns into roof, ceiling, insulation, drywall, paint, and flooring. A flood turns into demolition, drying, mold treatment, subfloor, walls, cabinets, and everything else. We are a general contractor, so we scope all of it and manage every trade under one contract.

Insurance claim repairs

We work directly with your adjuster and carrier, including Louisiana Citizens, on wind, hurricane, hail, and water claims. We write a line-item scope that matches the carrier's format, meet the adjuster on site, and submit supplements when something was missed. You pay your deductible; we bill the approved amount.

Water and mold damage repair

Roof leaks, plumbing failures, and floods rot subfloors and grow mold inside walls. We remove the damaged material, treat and dry the structure, and rebuild. Recent projects include a rotted subfloor under luxury vinyl plank from a roof-vent leak in Houma, a mobile home in Schriever where both long walls were reskinned after water and mold damage, and a flood restoration in Raceland.

Restore Louisiana rebuilds

If your home was damaged by Hurricane Ida or Laura and you have a Restore Louisiana award, we can build the replacement home or complete the repairs under the program's scope and inspection requirements. We are currently building Restore Louisiana homes in Thibodaux and Montegut.

Roof damage

Most storm claims start on the roof. See our roofing page for wind-claim replacements, emergency tarping, and metal and shingle options.

Storm & Flood Restoration questions

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes. We handle wind, hurricane, and water damage claims regularly, including Louisiana Citizens policies. We meet the adjuster, write a line-item scope, bill the approved amount, and submit supplements for anything missed.

Can you repair water and mold damage?

Yes. We remove damaged drywall, insulation, and subfloor, treat and dry the structure, and rebuild. Recent jobs include rotted subfloors, reskinned mobile-home walls, and a full flood restoration in Raceland.

Do you work with the Restore Louisiana program?

Yes. We build and repair homes under Restore Louisiana and are familiar with its scope, inspection, and payment requirements.

How fast can you start after a storm?

We prioritize emergency tarping and dry-in to stop further damage, then schedule the full repair once the claim scope is approved. Call us and we will give you an honest timeline.

What if the adjuster's estimate is too low?

We compare the adjuster's scope to ours line by line and submit a supplement with documentation for anything missed. That is normal in this business and we do it on most claims.
